Best Bookkeeping Firm for Small Businesses

The founder

Meet Everyl-Ann Archibald

Owner & CFO

Everyl-Ann founded Smart Bookkeeping Partner after seeing the same pattern again and again: capable owners flying blind because their books were late, messy, or simply never explained to them. Clean records were the fix but only the start.

Her work on the real cost of bookkeeping errors has been featured in national business press, and under her lead the firm was named Best Bookkeeping Firm for Small Businesses in Louisiana in 2024. Today she and the team support owners across Louisiana, Texas and Florida with bookkeeping, payroll and CFO advisory.

Most businesses don't have a numbers problem. They just don't realize the power in their numbers.

I work with Everyl to fix a very specific issue in my books for my business and she was able to identify and resolve the issue while also providing great insight on how to avoid it in the future. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Extremely Knowledgeable in accounting, not to mention she has 1st hand knowledge with Amazon Seller Central for all those Amazon sellers looking for E-Commerce accounting experience. She helped me setup my QuickBooks correctly and showed me how to manage it monthly. Her rates are very reasonable and she helps take the stress of accounting, which creates more time for you to sell and service those sales. Thank You Everyl
